Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

This is a very refreshing drink for those who love Blueberries! Of course, Blueberries are high in nutrients with a boon of being low in calories. It is good for dry skin and boosts brain. Let’s add these berries to our smoothies to absorb its antioxidant quality.


  • 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Yogurt; unflavored
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract


  • Blend the blueberries, yogurt, milk, Honey, vanilla in a blender until frothy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy!
