Grape Berries are great for smoothies and rich in vitamins. They blend well with most other fruits and add a super-dose of antioxidants. This smoothie is naturally sweet because of banana. If you are not adding banana, use Honey as a sweetener.
- 1 Cup Fresh Grape Berry
- ½ Banana; Medium size
- ½ Cup plain Yogurt
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 4-5 Ice cubes
- 1 tsp Honey (Optional)
- Put ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour into Glasses and serve. Enjoy!
