Grape Berry Smoothie

Grape Berries are great for smoothies and rich in vitamins. They blend well with most other fruits and add a super-dose of antioxidants.  This smoothie is naturally sweet because of banana. If you are not adding banana, use Honey as a sweetener.


  • 1 Cup Fresh Grape Berry
  • ½ Banana; Medium size
  • ½ Cup plain Yogurt
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 4-5 Ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Honey (Optional)


  • Put ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Pour into Glasses and serve. Enjoy!
