Mangoes! This brings excitement in hot summer season. I remember when I was a kid; the loveliest thing in summer was my grandma’s house and MANGOES. This is the quickest and easiest yogurt smoothie which can hydrate you in a yummy way.
My love for Mango makes me to quote this “Everyone GOES crazy for MANGOES”
(1 Cup= 240 ml)
- 1 Ripe Mango; Peeled and Diced
- ½ Cup Yogurt; Unflavored
- ½ Cup Milk
- 3-4 Ice cubes
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy!
