Mint-Coriander Chutney

This is an easy and quick recipe Chutney which is good with any kind of Indian appetizer like Samosas, Semolina Cutlets, pakoras, Bread Rolls. it also goes well as a spread to sandwiches and savory pancakes.

INGREDIENTS

(1 Cup=250 ml)

  • 2 Cups Cilantro leaves
  • 2 Cups Mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 inch long Ginger
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves
  • 4-5 Green chillies
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • Salt to taste

PROCEDURE

  • Blend Cilantro, Garlic, Tomato, Ginger, Green chili, Mint leaves in a blender till it becomes a smooth paste.
  • Add lemon juice & salt
  • Mix it nicely
  • Serve in a bowl.
